I haven't been to an amusement park in years. It was glorious day and I decided to break that bleak streak and scream my head out on some rides. Excitement and anticipation build up the best outfits. I kinda sorta threw a little bit of everything in this look. I especially wanted to finally sport these jelly shoes I got over a month ago! And just a little shout out to this amazing floral patten- you are nostalgic and beautiful. #teenvogue

Whatever your High may Be

Whatever substance, tune, view, stretch, or dose of air that takes our mind to a new place of everlasting awe and fascination is the truest gift of experience. For me it hits me in many different practices, all exercising my mind, body, and soul to erase negative energy. For everyone it's a feeling we should all seek to find in whatever activity that may be. Cleansing for clarity, purpose, and integrity we should all be getting high everyday. I love this Truly Madly Deeply top because it embodies the beauty of extracting that high that keeps us living in harmony with life's questions and mysteries. Although this top clearly displays mind altering substances, I believe getting high embodies endless practices and ways to explore the art of every day life.

Some like it Velvet

Velvet is of course our timeless fabric of true romantic fashion. We are now seeing velvet morph into all sorts of lovely pieces. From leggings, skirts, bandeaus, head wraps, and dresses a pop of velvet can exist in practically any outfit. I myself am a velvet hoarder. My heart and soul gravitates to velvet when it's in the room. I can't help it. Ya'll will be seeing more velvet mixed in with my various outfits this season. Stay tuned :)

Tis the Season

This is truly my favorite time of the year. Nothing makes me happier then crisp weather, falling leafs, and cozy fashion. My soul was definitely born in the wrong region. Southern California doesn't see much climate change but when the winds change slightly you'll see me outside singing in the rain. Playing with seasonal patterns and Christmas cuteness is my absolute favorite. Although I didn't layer too much with this outfit, I paired some of my staple trends of the season- velvet, flutter sleeves, split stockings, and fair isle patterns. Endless Lace

There is something unconditionally beautiful and feminine about lace. It is a long lived fabric that generates exquisite beauty. I can never refuse lace, nor the challenge of wearing lace on lace. The end of Summer is approaching and the atmosphere will soon take a slight turn. This lace bralette is a simple silhouette, that easily compliments a variety of styling options. Whether its being worn under a cut out tank or exposed out in the open like I have done here, a lace bralette adds charming detail. I am one who adores contrast, so naturally I needed to pair my lace duo with some vibrant colors. Although the warm weather sticks on Southern California for some time, I have to embrace the last few days of the season with Summers elegance. #teenvogue

It's Almost Spring

Oh you gotta love those sunny winter days in Southern California. I actually prefer cold weather regions but being born and raised in this alluring atmosphere I can't help but really let loose on those perfect days. There is a misconception that in places of nicer weather Fashion style is minimal because of the lack to layer in such great weather. I disagree with this statement. Layering can be done in any climate. The challenge yet fun aspect of layering in warm weather is pairing together contrasting pieces with different colors, patterns, fabrics, and embellishment. On days of beautiful climate like this one I like to wear strong individual pieces, that also coincide with each other and collectively look and feel exactly how the air feels.. radiant. #teenvogue
