If you are a Vintage fanatic like myself, nothing beats the thrill of finding a perfectly loud and outrageous floral blouse. This one especially caught my eye because of the rippled texture in the silk, and the unique lines within the flower drawings themselves. True to my nature I don't really prefer to downplay a statement piece. I like to keep adding to the craziness ;) . Paired with my 70's gem I wore some pink and white checkered high- waisted shorts (not vintage but still fab). And it was a little chilly outside in this So Cal fall time weather so some socks with my platform heels were necessary! #teenvogue

Endless Lace

There is something unconditionally beautiful and feminine about lace. It is a long lived fabric that generates exquisite beauty. I can never refuse lace, nor the challenge of wearing lace on lace. The end of Summer is approaching and the atmosphere will soon take a slight turn. This lace bralette is a simple silhouette, that easily compliments a variety of styling options. Whether its being worn under a cut out tank or exposed out in the open like I have done here, a lace bralette adds charming detail. I am one who adores contrast, so naturally I needed to pair my lace duo with some vibrant colors. Although the warm weather sticks on Southern California for some time, I have to embrace the last few days of the season with Summers elegance. #teenvogue

Polka Dots are Forever

Simple yet pairs with practically anything, youthful yet continuously chic, and they never fail to complete an outfit. Polka Dots! This precious little pattern has a permanent place in my heart. I cant get enough of them! I am a devoted collector of extraordinary patterns yet polka dots are my essential love. They are always fun to contrast with, as I did with this outfit by pairing a Vintage floral shawl that I chose to wear as a head wrap. Timeless and sweet, Polka Dots will never leave my closet :) #teenvogue

Fairy Dust

 We all like to feel like a fairy every now and then. Or an elf.. gypsy.. flapper girl? Why not combine all three fashion fantasies into one? That is exactly what popped into my head as I was draping these contrasting fabrics together into the dress I am wearing here. I have such a weakness for celestial speaking lace. I designed a skirt for a friend earlier this year using this same lace fabric and I couldn't help myself, I just had to make a piece with it for myself. I transcended all my fashion muses into one when designing this piece. Light, free, and subtly vibrant- this dress has relaxing beauty perfect for these magical late summer days.

It's a Mystery

A mysterious face on a t-shirt. How could you pass that up? I definitely couldn't. I have had this graphic for about 3 years now and it has gone through about 5 transformations of cutting and reworking. Yes, it was a basic t at one time. There were words once too- "I only have eyes for you". To this day I do not know the identity of the face, words, or origin of this shirt, but I am truly in love with the ambiguity. Aren't we all? #teenvogue

Flowers n' Dots

You can never have enough high-waisted shorts. Or cropped tops.. I am absolutely in love with combining these two Fashion pieces. In addition, with this outfit I pattern blocked with two classics- polka dots and sunflowers. And its never too hot to throw on a beanie. Especially when its the perfect pop of color. #teenvogue
